A Cost Effective Intervention for Shiftworkers:

Shift-workers require specialized training and their needs in coping with the demands that shift work entails are not to be underestimated. Every aspect of a shift-workers life (Home, Social and Work) has the potential to be negatively affected due to fatigue and sleep related problems. This package is designed to offer a direct and effective  approach to better manage the rigours of working shifts, or regularly working long hours.

Common Shift-worker Training Challenges:

The Fatigue Management Package is designed to provide key essential education and training with the minimum amount of time in the training room. 

Day workers will also benefit. Rising early, pressures that the day brings, conflicts, performance issues, co-worker relationships all have the potential to cause worry, disrupt sleep and bring on fatigue.

DVD - Introduction

a)  The Fatigue Management DVD consists of 10 chapters covering:-

                                      Chapter -   4:  Sleep, Sleep Disorders & Sleep Deprivation

b) Audio CD:  The Audio CD is designed to assist the onset of sleep with a track record of even helping partners who have not  attended the in-class training sessions.

c)  3½ Hrs In-class training session: The fast paced training session covers key areas on helping reduce fatigue with special emphasis on How to get to sleep quickly; How to get back to sleep if woken; How to sleep longer; How to maximize short rest periods and How to have more energy. The Key areas covered are:
