A Strategic Approach to Employee Productivity

Emotional Energy Management is a multi-disciplinary approach to Self-Management within the context of the working environment. It provides a platform that encompasses the main aspects of how we interact with one another and the direct impact that has on personal efficiency and productivity.

The complexities of organisational culture is driven by the quality of interpersonal relationships and the expectations placed upon employees at every level (including Board, CEO and Senior executive). As the organisation is the ‘collective employee’ it is logical that a common platform be identified that supports the foundation of the organisation.

Emotional Energy Management significantly contributes to this platform. It does so, by empowering employees to take responsibility and offers a strategic approach to improving upon the human factors that can and do cause so much damage at both personal and organisational level.
